TechNexxus only represents purchasers.  This is the only way that we can be absolutely 100% objective and unbiased in our recommendations.  By never representing  suppliers as a supplier, neither our clients nor TechNexxus has to worry about an actual or perceived conflict of interests.

However, TechNexxus represents many suppliers of technology and business process outsourcing services when they need to source goods and services. 

TechNexxus takes great pride in the fact that almost every Tier 1 technology and business process sourcing supplier, and dozens of small and mid-sized suppliers, have asked TechNexxus to assist them to negotiate their largest and most complex sourcing transactions.  We have also been asked by many of the largest private equity firms to evaluate the largest transactions involving outsourcing and technology companies due to the quality, accuracy and objectivity of our due diligence, research, benchmarks and recommendations.

Even though we are only representing suppliers as purchasers, this experience allows us to have a far better understanding of  how suppliers operate and their products, services and processes.  Most importantly, through this experience we have gained unique insight into the ways that transactions and business relationships should be structured to assure maximum value to the purchasers while assuring the supplier a reasonable return on their work and investments.
